As a Team Leader and Trainer, I lead the strategic planning and execution of student success and experience for the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences student leadership team. I design, develop, and plan a suite of intentional and strategic learning and training programs, specifically curated to meet the needs and demands of student leaders. This includes identifying training requirements, gaps. planning and organisation of educational experiences and resources to facilitate effective learning through learner-centric and practical approach.

My continuing deployment to various faculties and portfolios of the University was a testament to my success in the positions of: - Marketing Operations Coordinator, University Marketing, Admissions & Communications- Senior Student Recruitment Officer, Monash Business School - Project Coordinator, Student Conversion and Campaigns A key performance indicator was to create a positive outcome for students and stakeholders (internal and external). The work that underpinned that strategy:- Curated and implemented a series of marketing recruitment plans and activities for both international and domestic markets.-Undertook recruitment activities including agent trainings, webinars with International education partners and domestic high schools visits and VCE and career programs with close and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to conduct research and engagement activities- Worked with stakeholders to scope and plan project deliverables, monitored and reported against budget, timeframes and other performance indicators as well as managing a schedule of project meetings, planned and implemented change management strategies.

- Maintained, supported and improved the relationship between Caterpillar Headquarter in the US and the client/agent/dealers across Australasia, China and India. - Ensured both organisations’ strategies and capabilities were productive, efficient and mutually beneficial - Built effective business relationships and processes resulting in increased revenue and efficiency - Key contact person for high performing partners in Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington - Developed a reputation as a key stakeholder manager and was recognised by my peers as a high performer in the region.

- Inaugural International Business Development team when James Cook University first opened their campus in Singapore- Opened up the first international markets by implementing a student recruitment strategy by developing an agent network, conducting in market events (such as interview programs and exhibitions). - Successfully met targets to launch the first programs for non-Singaporean students at the campus. - Liaised effectively with the Australia campus to coordinate recruitment and marketing efforts, primarily in India, as well as China and other South East Asian markets. This resulted in cost efficient marketing campaigns and further built the James Cook University brand in the region.

Key member of the sales team promoting undergraduate programs (full and part time study) of the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) to the local market in Singapore. Was able to exceed student recruitment targets over consecutive intakes.
