- Investigate root cause of (business critical) quality deviations using different methods (M1, Pfizer Human Performance)- Implement process improvements to reduce quality deviations- Process owner goods receiving, raw material sampling and back-up process owner terminal sterilization process- Provide quality and training assistance for new projects within department- Coach root cause investigations and continuous improvement within department- Maintain budget control and capacity plan of the department- Audit spokesperson

- Assessing impact of (un)planned manufacturing deviations for aseptic formulation, filling, inspection, utilities, warehouse- Facilitate and participate in cross-functional root cause investigations and defining process improvements (CAPAs)

Implement project CITI (Complaints Intake, Triage and Investigation) as new complaint investigation system for Pfizer Puurs:- Active participation in Pfizer Global CITI deployment team- Write SOPs and train complaints team

- Investigate product complaints (filling & packaging)- Facilitate defective product root cause investigations involving different departments (filling & packaging) and define process improvements (CAPAs)- Draft and file escalations internally and to external authorities (incl. FDA)
