Bastille Day Festival Society is a non-profit organization that offers every year the ''Bastille Day Festival’’ celebrating the French National day on July 14th in Vancouver (average of 3000 attendees every year)www.bastilledayfestival.caI was in charge of a few different aspects of the execution of the annual event:- Oversee permits and licenses applications- Logistic and operational tasks- Implement the marketing campaign – social media tools- Recruit and train a team of 60 volunteers every year- Deal with all the details on-site the day of the event

Quick Restaurants is an originally Belgian chain of hamburger fast food restaurants based in France. Quick was the first hamburger chain founded in Europe with around 500 restaurants and it was purchased by Burger King France in February 2016.As an assistant manager, I supported the restaurant General Manager in ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction through managing the daily operations. I assisted tasks such as financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and sales development. I had full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager.
