In this role, I focused on reducing contractor costs, amplifying efficiencies and simplification in regional operations, and building both my team and our business partners' capability.In this assignment, I introduced ways to measure efficiency, helped standardize operations in Asia Pacific and our Middle East, Africa regions, developed a robust onboarding plan, and completed individual market playbooks.Besides my core work, I led upskilling sessions for the Asia, Middle East, Africa (AMA) Talent Practice team, led the AMA Wellbeing Marketplace where we deploy P&G's wellbeing strategy and share best practices to market champions, and took part in progressing a key employer branding project for the region.

I managed Talent Acquisition (TA) - Candidate Management Centre (CMC) operations in several Asia Pacific markets by executing globally applied processes, building stakeholder capability, and supporting in talent attraction and employer branding initiatives. Some of my key projects included transforming RPO reporting to drive strategic recruiting, leading the Branding & Communications Pillar of P&G Philippines' first ever all-virtual campus fair (in light of the pandemic), benchmarking external diversity practices to build employer branding plans for the Product Supply function, and boosting AMA's internship program.
