• Simultaneously maintained CHO and MDCK cell lines which involved cell splitting, media changes, and cell counts for each cell line. Calculated growth curve to analyze the development of CHO cells.• Performed transient transfection of MDCK cell lines using a plasmid containing a fluorescent protein gene.
