Advertising agency between 2009 and 2013, 2 years as Business Development Manager at Universal Music & Brands, based in Paris, and then 7 months as a Project Manager at the Food Communication Agency Sopexa USA in NYC. I decided, in 2016, to retrain and enter a vocational training in the food industry, specializing in gastronomy at the 2-star Michelin Chef Thierry Marx’s cooking school, which allowed me to be able today to combine both my skills in Marketing and my passion for gastronomy.
