With the ongoing success of Queue-it, especially since the corona pandemic, the whole organization has been growing and therefore faced a restructuring. The HR team is now People & Culture, and I have the responsibility of all the 'Engagement' activities with the employees. Supporting my team members in all HR matters, big and small, and helping build a culture where we can best use our talents so we all can thrive at Queue-it! I take care of onboarding, offboarding, recruitment (now with Teamtailor as our ATS), work visas, events, purchases - and any new challenging task that may come my way! Additionally, I am a member of the D&I board, and act as an HR representative in OSH.

Was part of the cast for the original musical comedy made by Musicalteatret during season 2019-2022 (DIVA - extended due to corona) and 2022-2023 (EKSORCISMEN). This is something I do as part of my free time, where I have involved myself in being part of the party planning committee, along with having been elected as the cast representative. From May 2021 to March 2022, I got elected to be part of the board, until I stepped down.

As a French speaking person, I was in charge of all the French clients, this helped in increasing sales and creating closer relationships. Together with my thesis partner, we researched how Designit recruits for diversity by investigating their recruitment process along with the influences of their organizational culture. At the same time we looked at how the company defines diversity, and researched how this is reflected in practice through their hiring practices.
