Samen met de oprichters zoek ik naar nieuwe speelvelden, arena's binnen dewelke we nieuwe merken kunnen opstarten. Voor de bestaande huismerken en tv-programma's zoek ik de juiste partnerships, voer de onderhandelingen en waak over de beloofde return.Om sales en business development te structureren en het management toe te laten een correcte forecast op te maken, implementeerde ik Hubspot en een bijhorende workflow. Ik stond in voor de volledige set up en uitrol.

Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van alle ventures - huismerken - waaronder Dagelijkse kost, Iedereen Yoga, Beestig en Onze Natuur. I started my career at EBTS as a platform agent, handling breakdowns for (mainly) the Benelux and Scandinavia. After 2 years, I made my way up to Product Office where I developed a quality monitoring system and performed quality checks on the calls and e-mail contacts with customers and suppliers. I managed the quality support (training and control) for the head quarters in Belgium as well as for the branches in Poland, Spain and France. For the start up of this latter, I assisted the Branch manager in recruiting and training the new hires and in the roll out of the French contracts.Another part of my tasks consisted in account management for French and Scandinavian customers.Working in this rapidly developing, international company has taught me a great deal. Thanks to the freedom in my work and the support of my superior, Dimitri Riez, I learned where my interests are.
