As an account manager for various markets (UK, French and Spanish), I helped my clients throughout the organisation process towards planning the best weekends of their friends' lives. From the inspiration phase, getting to know them in order to get it just right to making sure all final details are in order, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. I also got in touch with them after the say trip, to get essential feedback as a way of self improvement and to keep the relationship open. I also travelled in various destinations, trying out the activities we're offering to ensure quality deliveries at all times.

I was the Business Development Executive of Lucidica, an IT support company based in Shoreditch, London. They are known as “the IT department of London based SMEs”. They have a team of expert and friendly engineers and they love technology, which they believe should make businesses more money and be less hassle. I worked to build strong relationships with our new but also established clients. I took the time to know them and understand their business, to then find the right solutions. My role was to find out how technology might improve their business including their computers, email, customer relation management system, the speed of their network, helping them purchase the right equipment, enhancing their social media presence and essentially providing them with ongoing support so they didn’t have to worry when anything went wrong. Some might think it’s odd that I come from a background in Hospitality and Design but I find that it has really helped by equipping me with an eye for details and for style – I think like a customer and therefore I am always focused on delivering a great experience. My education also gave me a multitude of skills that allow me to think creatively and to help my client on their journey by successfully using what they have or might need from their IT infrastructure. Information Technology (IT) has become a vital and integral part of every business. From multi-national corporations who maintain mainframe systems and databases to small businesses that own a single computer, IT plays an important role. I helped bring the personal touch to this; helping customers to understand their needs, providing them excellent customer service and helping them build their businesses with effective IT support.
