People want to work with me. There I said it. Growing up in a traditional 1st gen Hispanic household, I was taught never to brag about myself. I learnt later in life that putting your head down to focus on your work doesn't get people to notice you either. My humble nature is ONE of the many reasons my team members seek to work me with time and again. Why? I'm human, a fantastic listener, fair, and not afraid to make a decision. More often than not that decision is back up by some real stats and there are 2-3 options to weigh.
