• Responsible for leading the 18-month planning cycle and execution ofGrey Cup and week-long Grey Cup Festival, with the financial impact of$80M+ and growing annually• Key player in developing and introducing a bid process for eventhosting, from designing criteria and documentation, leadingengagement, reviewing bids and recommending hosts to CFLExecutive, the Commissioner and Board of Governors.• Provide hands-on support to the host club in planning and execution,including liaising with sales and sponsorship teams to find creativesolutions to fulfill commitments, negotiating and managing third partyvendor contracts to maximize efficiencies, partneringextensively across the organization, and engaging governmentpartners as needed.• Oversee planning and sound execution of the Grey Cup stadium take-over which engages 80+ staff and takes place over 1 week (comparedwith similar events which often take >1 month).• Led the planning and execution of CFL Congress, a league-widebusiness conference held annually in different Canadian cities.• Provided leadership during CFL Week, an annual off-season eventproviding programming for 12,000+ guests and earning 217M+ mediaimpressions, with coverage increasing 20%+ YOY.• Liaised extensively with all game presentation staff across the league to ensure proper execution and cohesiveness to league-wide game-day initiatives, and brought forward best practices. • Manage and oversight of a $6M+ budget
