-Supporting UX researchers along with other stakeholders on simple to complex studies to identify key participant requirements, going over any logistical challenges, and providing useful consultation from kick-off to completion. -Vetted and delegated research projects in the queue using Jira-Screening candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications using online questionnaire responses and phone interviews via Dialpad. Used Survey Monkey to screen participants. -Deployed US and international surveys using Qualtrics ranging from ~5,000 to ~75,000 to reach the target number audience while getting comms and legal approval from each international country and complying with their regulations.
