With over 13 years of experience in investor relations, I am currently the Head of Investor Relations and Marketing at Lake Bleu Capital, a leading hedge fund within the healthcare investment community. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing the fund's branding, communication, and fundraising strategies, as well as managing relationships with existing and potential investors. I have successfully raised over $1 billion of capital for the fund, and helped to increase its visibility and reputation in the market. Prior to joining Lake Bleu Capital, I worked at Actis, a global private equity firm, where I was part of the Sales and Fundraising team in the Investor Development Group. I contributed to the fundraising and marketing activities for various funds, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate, and supported the development of the firm's China strategy. I also worked at China Zhengtong Auto Services Holdings Ltd, which was a listed company in the automotive sector, where I was the Investor Relations Manager in the Board Office. I managed the investor relations program, coordinated with the media and analysts, and prepared the annual and interim reports.I have a MBA degree from HKUST Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University. I have also published two books as a translator, and I am fluent in Chinese and English. I am passionate about connecting with people and creating value for them. I have strong skills in client relations, fundraising, project management, and Microsoft Office. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself.
