Scope of responsibility included administering systems for HR, payroll, self service and data exchange; auditing and resolving billing issues; maintaining customer contracts; and providing full spectrum of database support. Directed efforts that identified technical issues amounting to $450,000 of automated export file deliverables to third-party vendors, generating significant savings. Improved client retention rates by leading activities aimed at identifying system and server issues, resolving issues and managing resource allocations across business units, resulting in $300,000 in revenues for the company. Provided exceptional accountability, credibility and follow-through to clients, setting high performance standards and accomplishing 100% of assigned service level agreement goals; also raised customer satisfaction rates from 83% to 95%. Boosted revenue by $250,000 by securing add-on service contracts from Professional Services Division. Increased production by 98% for export file delivery method to Canada by accurately diagnosing and resolving failures and effectively coordinating efforts between U.S. and Canadian technical teams. Received numerous company recognitions for successful record, including Ceridian Star Nominations in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
