More recently she started KokuaHub Inc.,supporting companies driving the benefits of coaching at scale throughout their organisations to help employees thrive in a coaching culture. Kokua Hub is a global boutique coaching company. Our passion to start KokuaHub was fueled by the effect the pandemic had on the workforce with its uncertainties, ambiguities and changes in the way we work. Our response was to gather a global community of accredited coaches ( 100+) who provide seamless access to coaching on a global scale. For 25 years, the Dutch-born executive has been in the trenches of business with senior executives and entrepreneurs, both crafting successes and learning what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.Cellene started her career in Australia, working in both private and public sectors in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, health, financial services, entertainment and management consultancy. Her executive skills and formal training have allowed her to work with a range of clients, from individual entrepreneurs to Fortune Top 500 companies such as IHOP, Bacardi, BP Alaska, New York Life Insurance and Luxottica. As a professional certified coach, Cellene's clients include entrepreneurs, CEOs, senior executives, thought leaders and creative artists. Having worked as a manager, consultant, senior executive and board director, she has broad cultural experience throughout the world, coupled with a deep understanding of global leadership issues.In her book, The Key To… World-Class Team Performance, Cellene illustrates how high-achieving business leaders can stop suffering from overwhelm and shortage of talent, whilst using the power they have to develop healthy, thriving relationships—which she maintains are the lifeblood of any system. Cellene holds an MBA in International Business from UTS Sydney. She has lived and worked in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia and is now based in Seattle and France.
