I am a seasoned Real Estate Sales Representative with over 8 years in both Resale and New Home Sales. I started my career in Banking/Mortgage before later transitioning into Real Estate. As a Banker was where I honed my client acquisition, client relations, and relationship deepening skills while gaining an extensive mortgage background (Purchase/Refi/HELOAN & HELOC products). In working with several Realtors through my work in mortgage, the Real Estate Sales field peaked my interest and I transition into the Real Estate, starting as a resale Realtor. There, I gained even more knowledge and experience in client relations, client acquisition, prospecting/marketing, networking, and negotiating. My business brought me to a lot of new build communities with clients. I had several deals with builders and I decided to further my real estate career in New Home Sales. As a New Home Sales Advisor I experienced a lot of success, consistently exceeding monthly sales goals or at least meeting my sales goals even in a softening market. I am trained and am well versed in the popular 4-2 New Home sales process made famous by Jeff Shore Consulting. I am a detail oriented effective communicator and can quickly adapt to new situations and challenges, which we all know come often in the New Home Sales industry.In sales, especially in our sales industry, I believe listening, communicating, and understanding the person and their needs and wants in a home is just as important as product knowledge.
