Analysis of processes and dynamics within the company. Maintenance and integration of HSE data base. Contribution on procedures improvement, acquisition and respect of the existing procedures. Proper application of the actual laws regarding work places safety. Basic safety training as required by european and italian regulations. Support to operations in incident and hazardous observation investigation and root cause analysis. Participation to the audit team for the verification of the efficiency of the management system in the company. Elaboration of the preventive and corrective actions. Visits and inspections as routine activity in order to checks in the production departments and to keep safety awareness among all the employees. Contact with suppliers external companies.

It was the practical part of the Master Quality and thanks to it I followed up voluntary and obligatory regulations in the Food Industry. I discovered the application of the 9001:2015 and BRC/IFS rules. I continued to work on Italian Decree-Law No 81/2008 and No 152/2006 supporting the company to developing and implementing the internal instructions and procedures.

I communicated in English language as often as I could to all and I had to manage the time because I had plenty of responsibilities. When I was promoted to be a coordinator of organizing the entertainment and fun activities (free play, complex games, socialization games) in schools I had to present a wide variety of ideas. I produced unusual and sharp ideas and I studied how to make an alternative plan. I also learned to be responsible of the information I share with others and I started studying by myself a new language (Polish).

I coordinated the HSE training and developed the safety procedures, risk assessments with subsequent checks. I reported any problems encountered and promoted prevention measures in order to ensure constant safety levels. I supervised the application of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.

I verified the installations and factory safety and consulted with customers and suppliers. I executed checks and inspections in the workplace and comunicated to headquarters the prevention measures recommended. I developed the emergency plans and organized the evacuation drill.

My job was to support the public health inspector in the activities of training and promotion of the prevention culture. These activities concerned the occupational health and safety in industrial sites, building costruction opinions, investigations about accidents and occupational diseases, tehnical opinions on production environments.
