José el "Marqués", winner of the most prestigious award in the world for a flamenco instrumentalist, the "Filón Minero" from the International Competition of Cante de las Minas, La Unión (Spain), is recognized as an exceptional musician and an extensive career in the Spanish and international music scene. With his own language and a rich combination of the most diverse influences, he is a pioneer in the inclusion of the cello in Flamenco.Performer, improviser and composer, he is also the holder of the "Filón Minero" of the "Composition Award for the best original music for dance" at the XI International Competition of Choreography of Flamenco and Spanish Dance as well as a Finalist in the "TALIA" 2023 awards and several nominations as best composer at the MAX awards.
