Considering my performance I was promoted to the position of Quality Control Executive.Responsibilities:• Responsible for customer complaints handling.• Following quality aspects with customer standards.• Responsible for In-coming, In-line and Final Checking Operations. • Conceives ideas, concepts, and campaigns; designs, produces, work with others and coordinates in the creation of multifaceted communication materials in print, and other mediums for a variety of instructional, promotion, development, and recruitment projects.• Works with project managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design and art direction.• Operates a computer or uses traditional techniques for a variety of graphic design activities, including desktop publishing and layout, illustration, and prepress file preparation.
