I have successfully led and executed multiple fundraising, M&A, and IPO processes, as well as strategic planning, budgeting, and governance initiatives for innovative companies in Brazil and Latin America.Most recently, I was the CFO/CSO at Memed, an emerging healthtech company that is the leader in online prescriptions in Brazil. There, I managed the finance, planning, and strategy functions. Previously, I was a venture partner at Centria Partners, a technology corporate finance and M&A firm, where I advised and invested in several tech startups and scale-ups. I also have experience in decentralized finance (DeFi), as I briefly served as the CFO at a55, a company that leverages predictable revenue as an asset class. Also in fintech space, I have structured the finance function at SuperSim, a low-income lender. My mission is to help develop the next-generation capital markets and support the growth of disruptive and impactful businesses in the region.
