The QUEST Institute is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) that conducts research and manages special projects for the development of standards related to Quality Management, Environmental Management, Energy Conservation, Renewable Energy, Learning Technologies, Information Security, Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility. At the Hemispheric Center for Environmental Technology, supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, my role included:- Developing and delivering continuing education programs to enhance compliance and integrate sustainable practices within environmental management frameworks.- Leading ISO-compliant environmental management system initiatives for defense contractors under the Department of Defense's Mentor-Protégé Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory and sustainability requirements.
