Management of a portfolio of local and international suppliers specialized in fabrication, welding assemblies and parts manufactured from tubes with a combined turnover exceeding US$ 100 mio, acting as leader of a group of buyers responsible for negotiating prices, identifying new suppliers, leading projects of cost reduction and development of new items for agricultural machinery (tractors and combine harvesters).

Role as the representative of the Purchasing Department to other areas, including logistics, quality and manufacturing engineering. Participation in daily production meetings and weekly manufacturing forum. Responsible for identifying alternative suppliers on a global scale to solve supply problems, contact with all commodities. Daily contact with the most diverse suppliers of the base, both domestic and foreign. Responsible for training and supervision of members of the Purchasing Department.

Promoted in 2010 to leader of a group of three buyers responsible for negotiating prices, identifying new suppliers, leading projects of cost reduction and development of new items for agricultural machinery (tractors and combine harvesters). Responsible for the negotiation with the steel mills, suppliers of raw materials (flat and long steel). Responsible for the development of the supplier base in Argentina for raw materials, weldments and stamped for two years (2011/2012).
