Accomplishments at DZ Card Phil. as Machine Maintenance Staff: Fixed and modified several Smart Card Chip programming contact heads and solved SMC SCPC errors. Successfully solved the long-time read-back problem of all card type layouts at the Atlantic Zeiser DOD machine. After thorough troubleshooting and consultations from our co technicians from another country that failed, I personally solved the NBS Evolution card embosser machine indent ribbon advance timeout error. Made modification on Atlantic Zeiser machine by using only one pneumatic valve instead of two valves to drive a remake ADU mechanism. During production, the ProTechno mailer machine stopped. The servo motor control board was blown out but no spare part was available. I fixed and restored an old and defective servo motor control board. After an hour, production continued. NBS horizon embossing machine production is low due to the lack of a number of smart card chip reader stations. No spare part was available, so I fixed and restored some old and defective chip encoder boards. The production of two NBS embossing machines increased. The department manager ordered to restore the other thermal module of the Matica S7000 machine. I read and studied the machine manual and fortunately, I was able to restore the machine configuration back to two thermal modules. Barnes Magtester can’t be used, my colleagues couldn’t solve the problem. I tried hard to fix the problem, modified machine operations, and calibration. Fortunately, I successfully solved the problem and was able to use the machine. Modified the NBS Evolution embosser MS encoder module and removed unnecessary and unpleasant materials attached to keep the machine working. I did it also to other machines. Solved NBS Horizon embosser stacker error by troubleshooting and fixing stacker control board. Solved Atlantic Zeiser DOD coolant control module and conveyor belt problem. Fixed and installed successfully the NBS horizon embosser wheel motor encoder disk. Fixed and solved Matica S7000 thermal print head printing problem.  Created a read-back layout at the NBS Horizon embosser machine. Created a dual-sided thermal print layout at Matica S7000 machine. Made ProTechno mailer machine fully working and condition, also with other machines. Solved Muhlbauer DOD UV and flipper module errors.
