I started my career in PwC in July 1985, as an auditing assistant. In July 1996, I was admitted as a partner, in the São Paulo office. From July 1996 to June 2013, I acted as the engagement leader in the audit of multinational and local companies - including private and listed companies - of various industries such as transportation, logistics, pharma, health, education, construction and retail, among others. In July 2013, I assumed the role of Senior Partner and CEO of PwC Ecuador, being directly involved in strategic areas such as strategy, diversity and inclusion, Human Resources, finance, Technology and Clients and Market. Additionally, I also served as the partner in charge of the audit of certain clients, from different industries, local and multinational. As the CEO of PwC Ecuador, my focus was to maintain a growth-oriented leadership, aligned with relevant issues such as diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and a healthy work environment, being a magnet for attracting and retaining talent. I also supported and participated in various internal projects, among which are: technological advancement, diversity and inclusion, ethics and compliance, transparency, and ESG. I also acquired and enhanced my leadership skills, with the help of my partners, my support team, and the quality of the professionals in the technical areas. Additionally, I have a certification as a Coach Ontologico from Eiconex, which enables me to foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.Recently (April 2024), I was certified by IBGC as an Independent Board Member.
