I have been working with CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics since 2000. I am a Chemical Engineer (2003), a master's degree (2005), a specialization course in environmental engineering (2006), and a Ph.D. (2020, with the application of multiphase CFD and experimental data). I have experience in direct CFD application in industry and research and development (R&D). Currently, I work as a professor at UFMS, on Technological Chemistry and Chemical Engineering courses.I worked as an applied researcher for nine years at Petrobras. There, in the Research Center, I evaluated various equipment in pilot and industrial scales using CFD for single-phase and multiphase flows such as gas-solid (powder and fluidized bed), gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-liquid-gas. Since 2015 I have been working on cooperation projects between industries and universities. As a researcher, I develop projects of direct application of CFD to solve problems in oil refining and other industries: Mixers, single-phase flows, boiler vibration, gas-liquid flow, gas-solid flow, and heat transfer. In addition, I have been teaching metrology and instrumentation classes for the mechanical engineering course and conducted some CFD training for students.I am a serious person, but easy relationship, honest, I try to be fair and always try to do my best, looking for news and innovation, and contributing to the team, from the most experienced to the newcomers. I am looking for new challenges for me and my family.
