Ensure the management of employees (administrative team, information system, logistic, management control and accounting) on recruitment and selection, reception and integration, attendance management, performance assessment, survey and diagnostic of training needs, monitoring and motivation);Creation and implementation of policies, processes and operating procedures of the Shared Services Unit in order to implement the Plan of Harmonization of the Group's values;Coordinate and ensure the overall financial management, ensuring the relationship and negotiation with banking institutions (letters of credit, bank guarantees, financing short/ML term); in coordination with the head office in Portugal;Ensure and monitor all management and treatment of documents at the administrative level;Monitor the implementation of the accounting area and preparation of all documents tax and accounting related to ensure compliance with all tax obligations, local and international;Ensure the management of third parties including the control of debits and credits (suppliers and customers), high degree of monitoring and customer relationships in particular regarding financial departments;Budget planning of the group in Angola, according to the guidelines of the head office and analysis of the deviations;Prepare monthly management report including: status of the third parties, point cash flow, current status of the profitability of contracts and work invoiced not run, current situation at the level of backlog;Articulate the economic information and management, with other operational areas;Monitoring of investment projects underway in ANIP (National Agency for Private Investment), and other legal nature projects;Responsible for managing the fixed assets of the Group in Angola.

Responsible for accounting in collaboration with the Official Chartered Accountant;Reconciliations of supplier, clients, other creditors and debtors accounts, amortization scheduling planning, preparation of reports including managing the balance sheet, balance sheet, income statement and annex to balance sheet management taxes (IRS, IRC, IMI, VAT, Mateus government plan);Responsible for the treasury in collaboration with the Board of the companies;Coordination of the daily treasury of companies, bank positions, statement of management letters (drafts and acceptance), report of post-dated checks and funding report, preparation of reports and semi-annual cash-flow forecast for budgetary control.
