• Full-line reporting to the CEO for Latin America and dotted-line reporting to the Global CEO, with a direct team of 25 employees and management of 250 outsourced professionals.
• Responsible for the P&L.
• Responsible for the Financial area: Taxes, Relations with Banks and Audit Companies.
• Consolidation of JBS Toledo as expansion and consolidation platform of JBS’ European operations.
• Expansion of sales to more than 20 countries in Europe and increase in product mix, with a strong focus on the B2B segment.
• Double-digit sales increase per year, with strong commercial partnerships and launching of two new product lines, which after three years accounted for 20% of sales.

• Responsible for annual sales in six different product categories, the main markets being North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Integration of operations with Grupo Bertin following the 2009merger: pursuit of synergies, cost-cutting and stronger commercial leveraging with clients.
• Implementation of the internationalization strategy with the acquisition and partnership of sales offices in Chile, Russia, United Kingdom, Belgium and Holland.
• 35% increase in exports and integration of offices that became the main sales force of exports.
