Management of the acquisition of inputs (raw materials, commodities, rigid and flexible packaging and flavorings) auxiliary materials and materials for maintenance, repairs and operations (MRO), following the company strategy guidelines, aiming at better costs of the supplier market, to decrease the cost of the final product and increase profit;Responsible for the acquisition of commodities as manager of strategic categories, having on management the portfolio and the people in the project;Implementation of my own open market offer system (BID), based on items A (higher value purchases), rigid packaging (cardboard boxes and carton packages), with a view to seeking alternative supply and competitive costs, optimizing the saving in 27% (total R$ 2 million);Use of the import strategy to negotiate with local suppliers in order to lower the base cost of the inputs, resulting in better negotiation with local suppliers and better costs for the company's results;Development and homologation of new suppliers;Elaboration and implementation of joint work with suppliers (Workshop and Innovation Day), with the objective of closer partnership, establishment of new products, reduction of costs aiming greater profitability;Definition of the purchasing strategy and supply policy, through sales forecasting, aiming for predictability (reducing the risks of shortages) and greater scale for negotiating competitive costs for the company.Integrate of the groups of Inputs and Packaging in the search of alternative sources of supply, with objective of reducing costs of the purchase base and increase of profit of the company;Leading a team of buyers to meet the goals and creating strategies to develop new ways, processes and alternative solutions to find new sources and competitive costs for the company.

Responsible for the budget of more than 50 million reals per year with national coverage for the Vigor Group.Responsible for purchases of direct materials (raw materials, commodities traded in commodities, packaging and flavors), hygiene, chemical products, stationery, laboratory equipment and products and lending services, such as printed tapes and glue for all the lines of the company, bringing a reduction of cost around (20%) in these inputs and increase in the result of the company;Market study of items A and B;Purchases of specific categories (item or items agglomerated and classified by their importance) following the systematic of purchases, supplier curves and strategies for FUP and supply.Responsible for carrying out follow-up activities, with the issuing of orders, updating of files (purchase orders and orders, budgets, general documents of the supplier market, information and specifications, as basic materials for supplier control and evaluation), purchases of small labor services, graphic materials, offices and computers and services, among some raw materials for the dairy market;Experience in scheduling the monthly raw material and packaging provided for in the sales plan, delimiting the quantities and the deadlines that should be made for the purchases contained, in order to supply the company with better market conditions in quality, cost, term and service;Implementation and restructuring of workflows, through optimization and reorganization of day-to-day tasks, follow-up of purchase orders, controls and maintenance of suppliers' registers, to keep suppliers database up to date. Will serve as a basis for ongoing supplier development processes and support for supply strategy, material development and price negotiations;
