Founded in 1988, Ferrari Zagatto operates 14 stores and 9 silos across the state, recognized for its product quality and close customer relationships.With the acquisition, new integration challenges emerged, working with the AgroGalaxy IT team and other companies in the group, in alignment with Ferrari Zagatto's leadership. We led the project "180-Day Integration AGXY-FZ," focusing on centralizing communication resources, standardizing systems, security, and service workflows. The objective was to unify employees under common communication and management platforms, strengthening integration and collaboration.
