The GGIM is a space for permanent dialogue between the Executive Power and the institutions of the criminal justice system and for the promotion of public security at the local level, aiming at reducing violence in the city. It is a link between the mayor's office and public security agencies. The group is formed by representatives of the municipal Executive and Legislative Powers, the Military and Civil Police, the Fire Department, the Ministry of Justice and the State Department of Education.

Held, review and monitoring of the estimates, contribution margins and goals by Sales Territory;•Commercial Economic Management, responsible for Pricing, Analysis and Applications margins clients;•Responsible for servicing internal and external auditors (Terco/ Arthur Andersen/ KPMG), and trading relationships with legal advisers, tax consultants and service providers.

•Responsibility for startup manufacturing in Brazil;•Responsibility for Latin American for all accounting, reporting and control aspects of the finance, including Management and Financial Accounts, budgeting, forecasting, provisions, data quality checks and the entire process;•Provide accurate and timely information on financial and commercial performance across the business to enable effective decision making and comply with statutory obligations;•Production of annual and interim reports; reviewing and where necessary improving processes and procedures; systems management; and leading financial reporting;•General Manager in Brazil, and Controllership, Finance and IT departments in the Latin American departments on total of 50 direct employees.

•Management and orientation of Controller area, Budget, Forecast, Monthly reports to Headquarter.•Managing and guiding the Areas of Treasury, Payables/Receivables Accounts, Accounting, Conciliation, Import/Export, Financial Operations and Credit referring to the headquarter and four (4) branches in Brazil.•Contacting Customers, Providers and Financial Institutions.•Developing and implementing Analysis of Credit.•Responsible for preparing projections and Cash-Flow for all terms.•Controlling and administrating every financial operations referring to Export/Import, obtaining local and international fund resources.•Planning reports to be sent to the Headquarter.•Responsible for implementing systems of management information - SAP and the Charges and Payments Electronic System, allowing for faster proceedings, and consecutive cost reductions, by the decrease of IPMF and CPMF taxes, eliminating printed documents.•Implementing Quality for the Customer, with personalized charges and services.
