- Quality Dept. representative in integrated product development;- Elaboration of Quality Plans;- Technical interface with customers, suppliers and national/international certification authorities;- Conformity inspection for aeronautical certification tests in Brazil and abroad (Germany, Austria, Spain, United States, France, India, England, Portugal and Czech Republic);- Supplier's quality management.Note: The main accomplishment of this period refers to the result of the constant technical visits to India between 2009 and 2013 in order to support the customer in several aspects related to quality management. These visits were characterized as an implicit consulting service for the customer and its sub-suppliers through the introduction of aeronautical quality standards in product's verification and approval. This work was formally recognized by the customer by means of an "Appreciation Letter" sent in December/2013.

- Coordination of Manufacturing Engineering team in the integrated product development;- Preliminary studies and pre-design of new products;- Definition of manufacturing technology, planning of the manufacturing process and analysis of implementation of product changes.

- Elaboration of procedures and work instructions for manufacturing of parts, sub-assemblies and installation of aeronautical systems;- Technical interface between Production Engineering and other areas related to the product development.Note: As part of my professional evolution in this period, I completed a 40-day traineeship in final assembly processes at aeronautical industries Alenia (Torino) and Aermacchi (Varese) in Italy between June and July/1988.
