Active Participation in the general management of the company, including finances, sales, investments and final decisions.Responsible for the Purchasing Department:- Working directly with KPI`s, always looking for improvements and pushing the limits of the purchasing team;- Responsible for development, capacitation and management of the purchasing department;- Creating new ERP tools and programs in order to increase the accuracy of our SKI`s, fortify our cost controls and facilitate the day by day routines;- Responsible for developing new international suppliers and always looking for new technologies to increase our production processes;- Responsible for setting purchases strategies and guidelines;- Looking for Cost reductions and Savings year over year;- Kanban.Responsible for the Supply Chain Management;- International business trips (Asia, Germany, Eua) in order to upgrade our machinery and bring new production techniques;- Responsible for managing the interaction between Stock - Supply - Production;- Active participation in developing new productions methods;- Responsible deciding the stocks level`s;- Global Source;- Knowledge and ability to find/develop new suppliers on the electronic market;- Commitment with new costumers projects developments (always look for increase the result of new inquiries).-Costing Systems;-VSM;-BPM
