With nine years of experience spanning across aviation, downstream oil & gas, and electromobility, I bring proactive leadership, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to every role.Currently, I am deeply involved in electric mobility, supporting Cabo Verde in the ambitious path of transition to sustainable transportation. This entails establishing an enabling electric mobility ecosystem through the 'Promotion of Electric Mobility in Cabo Verde' project, ensuring everyone feels confident participating. Leading capacity development projects, supporting the implementation of electric buses in public urban transport, establishing the public charging network, and advocating for the advantages of the electric vehicles, presenting the total cost of ownership scenarios, have been contributing significantly to technology acceptance and adoption.My experience in the oil and gas industry reinforced my strong sense of work safety and quality. Following Shell standards, matters related with health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) became a lifestyle. Additionally, I acquired expertise in product handling, aviation fuel filtration systems, and operations & logistics. The aviation sector, where I started my career and also took my first role as manager, enhanced my resilience as a professional. In addition to comprehensive engineering work, such as aircraft performance analysis, aircraft weight and balance & weight monitoring, and flight operations technical documents, I contributed to fuel efficiency projects, fostering considerable savings, and engaging with experts from various companies (Boeing, ATR, IATA, Jeppesen, wet leasing companies) and civil aviation authorities.These diverse experiences have shaped me into a leader with a people-centric management style and a strong sense of accountability.
