I had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of the Facilities area on two occasions and two more others to help companies restructure the area. The companies' areas of activity were different: startups (edtech and community coworking) construction, law, services, industry, and maintenance, which allows me to have a diverse background.- My profile is directed to Facilities and Operations, Finance Management, team development, business development, Accessibility, and Sustainability management. Also, knowledge of finance, quality, and safety at work. Specialization in product and service quality, always focused on customer experience, anticipating problems, and improving processes.- I was directly connected to the implementation of WeWork offices in Brazil and the expansion of new communities.- I was able to actively participate in the implementation of the CMMS Maximum for Johnson Controls and Sodexo contracts, developing work plans for LATAM;- I was leader of the winning team of the Merit Award 2010 - Customer Satisfaction and Employee Ingenuity - Johnson Controls Latin America, with a project without financial resources;- Black Belt for a rubber pre-cut reduction project, generating savings of R $ 60,000.00 / year in raw materials and waste reduction at Saargummi do Brasil;• Experience abroad and ease of dealing with people from different cultures.Performance in large companies such as WeWork, Mattos Filho Advogados, CBRE, Johnson Controls, Leco Alimentos, and Quero Education, in addition to an experience abroad (Madrid - Spain).
