Hi, I'm Celso and today I'm the regional head of Compass.UOL, responsible for the São Paulo Inland Cities, Midwest and North regions of our country. My main responsibility is to help the company's expansion, identifying new talents and for that we develop Universities partnerships with excellent internship programs for their students, as well as sharing knowledge through extra-class activities.I have more than 25 years of experience, mainly working in large companies and in several business segments, such as Telecommunications, Mining, Civil Construction, Electromechanics, Food and IT Consulting, of these, more than ten years dedicated to leadership and people management, project management and IT operation management.I'd graduated in Electronic Technology at Mackenzie University, later I had finished my postgraduate studies in Information Systems at Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP), Financial Administration at Faculdade Santa Lúcia de Mogi Mirim and later on in MBA in Project Management at FGVI'm living in Mogi Mirim, a small town of São Paulo State, for over twenty years and I have two children, as well as two dogs. I like photography, books, movies/series and the countryside life.
