CEL(Chris Elworthy Limited) was started over 10 years ago to facilitate the development, manufacture and distribute my designs around the world. First product to market was the award-winning POWER8 workshop which has subsequently seen a number of updates and supporting product releases.I pitched on the BBC's Dragon's Den Series and gained an investment opportunity with Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones.My next design was the Robox micro manufacturing system; a truly innovative 3D printer which is now recognised as one of the market leaders in prosumer, domestic and education categories.I have build and manage a team of professionals, in diverse fields, to support the ongoing development of my concepts, marketing and ensuring that the product realise their true commercial value.I am now seeking investment for the next development in industrial 3D printing . I have partnered with a conglomerate of businesses focussed on the next generation of 3D printers, specifically focussed on the integration of advanced additive manufacturing techniques with traditional mass production. This 2 year project will yield the knowledge and a product to solve some existing technical problems. Specialities: business development, product design, mechanical engineering, modern manufacturing techniques, international distribution, power tools, garden machinery etc.
