Asset Management: Portfolio manager overseeing asset managers, leasing and facilities managers managing a property portfolio valued over S$2 billion (encompassing retail, office and industrial / warehouse assets and land for development). This entailed developing strategies to optimise properties' returns whilst attaining cost savings. I also played a lead role overseeing the Singapore Property Tax team for the Group, maintaining oversight of the various properties' tax exposure with respect to their annual value assessments.As asset manager and SPV director to Singapore's first historical joint real estate development project (Marina One) with Malaysia worth over S$7 billion, I played an active role in managing the project's cash flows and reporting the project's financials to the Board of M+S Pte Ltd and to senior management of Temasek Holdings (Private Limited) and Khazanah Nasional Berhad.Business Development: As land economist, I conducted research and investment analysis for various land tenders in Singapore. I also led the conceptualisation of 2 development projects in Singapore with a combined gross development value in excess of S$2 billion.

Business Development: I was responsible for the expansion of Frasers Hospitality's service apartment footprint into India. From conducting feasibility studies to developing business plans, from conducting on-site due diligence to negotiating management contracts with astute businessmen and their legal teams, I was instrumental to securing Fraser's first seven serviced apartments in India (in the metro cities of Bangalore, New Delhi and Chennai) within 1.5 years, despite the global financial crisis.I also played an active role in supporting the expansion of Fraser's footprint into Taiwan, Japan, Republic of Korea, China and Hong Kong. This entailed conducting research and feasibility studies for various hospitality projects in this region to support Fraser's acquisition strategy.

Business development: I engaged in planning and business development across different tourism sub-sectors (Tourism Shopping & Dining; Investment Promotion / Strategic Funding and Development; Leisure Planning & Cruise and Sightseeing & Attractions).My achievements include the following :1/ Recommended and facilitated fund injections in excess of S$250million into WIldlife Reserves Singapore for the revitalisation of the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari and for the development of the River Safari; 2/ Facilitated several overseas missions to USA, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong to drum up general investor's interest to develop tourism infrastructure in Singapore, and 3/ Lead Project Manager overseeing the organisation of Singapore Fashion Festival in 2006 with an events budget in excess of S$2 million.

Year 2004 - Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of properties held under OUB Centre Limited (No. 7 Holt Road, a high-end condominium; No 30 Shaw Road, a freehold industrial property; OUB Centre Shopping Podium; OUB Centre Office Tower and a business incubator serviced office scheme - WorkSpace).Year 2001 - 2002: Spearheaded the acquisition and conceptualisation of a luxury residential project in Shanghai and managed a strata-title office floor in Hong Kong CBD at 9 Queen's Road Central. I was actively conducting feasibility studies and in-depth research, carried out on-site due diligence, participated in direct negotiations with partners and their legal teams, engaged local authorities in Shanghai on planning and relocation issues and managed Hong Kong leasing and managing agents in their delivery of property services to OUB Centre Limited.
