•Doing all administrative work necessary for the company•Assisting expat related out of office duties (Bank account opening, house renting etc.)•Planning and controlling cleaning service’s and drivers’ schedule•Recording and managing company/new employee car reservations and following-up schedule and return of car on time in proper conditions•Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies•Managing procurement of 3rd party services (e.g. rental car, fuel supply for company cars, courier, consumables etc.)•Negotiating and contracting with service/product suppliers.•Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (heating and cooling system, telephones, entrance card reader etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner•Submission of expense claim with regarding invoice and evidences on time.•Recording and controlling GSM line list for both voice and data lines. Providing new SIM cards, managing line transfer between employee and company, extra voice and data purchase in need.•Taking care about recycling / garbage disposal and greenery•Taking care about health and safety equipment on stock (first aid kit supplies, fire extinguishers etc.)•Reports timely and accurately to his/her superior and is responsible for data accuracy;•Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures;•Performing other duties within their competencies at the request of the immediate superior.

-Control Of Base Oil stock and consumption levels -Determining the raw materials needs by running MRP according to the monthly and quaterly production schedule-Determining base oil cargo dermanda and deadlines, ensuring their entry into the system-Entering the purchase order into the ERP system-Entry the additional cost orders to the ERP system-Stock control (Additive & Chemicals)-Identifying additive, chemical needs and deadlines and commumicating them to suppliers-Checking the confirmations from suppliers and giving conformity-Organizing chemical production to be bought to the factory by arranging the vehicle on time-Matching monthly invoices of subcontractors, forwarding to accounting-Receiving contracted products and creating work orders-Starting import processes-Controlling the import of documents (such as ATR, invoice, anaysis certificate ,origin ,bil of lading, etc) and forwarding them Foreign Transactions-Ensuring that raw material codes are defined into the system-Providing the identification and updated of raw material supplier information to the system -To continuously improve the entire procurement processes-Identifying areas of efficiency that will arise in the supply of raw materials for Petrol Ofisi products-Minimizing demurrage and warehouse costs by contributing to tank optimization-Monitoring, control and continuity by providing material supply for timely production-Contributing to customer satisfaction-To ensure that existing / new raw material dekanda required in the new product process in line with customer demands are met on time with minimum cost-To follow the raw materials in the appreciation commission-Supplying the necessary documents and making the application for EPDK permitting for base oils(Group I , Group III)-Creating the supplier evaluation chart for each quarter -To create an approved supplier list
