As a Life and Combat Coach, my journey began as a fighter at the age of 18, training intensively for over 8 years in martial arts. During this time, I not only honed my own mental and physical strength but also discovered the transformative power of martial arts in overcoming personal challenges, including anxiety and stress.Through my own experiences, I began helping others—whether it was through improving their fitness, managing anxiety, or building a healthier lifestyle. I used the discipline, focus, and resilience I gained from martial arts to guide clients in structuring their lives, setting and achieving their goals, and tackling the obstacles holding them back. By combining mindset coaching with the physical rigors of martial arts, I helped clients unlock both mental clarity and physical strength, empowering them to overcome challenges in every aspect of life.

This representation gap between the internal composition of the organization and the diverse community it serves led to insights into the importance of diversity and inclusion within the company. My research focused on improving the balance between the organization's internal culture and the external reality of its tenant base, with the aim of enhancing service quality and creating a more inclusive workplace.
