•To ensure that the HSEQ management service remains effective and suitable by effective management of competent personnel.•To provide regular, reliable reports and data for monitoring HSEQ performance and informing management decisions. •To identify and promote opportunities for HSEQ performance improvement;•To ensure that HSEQ requirements are widely and consistently understood and implemented.•To ensure technical integrity through all stages of Projects through the development and implementation of systems/programmes.•To provide HSEQ compliance assurance & project support service that is effective and suitable to support business activities and company objectives. •To ensure and provide scheduled HSEQ compliance assurance & training service to all office locations and designated projects.•Leadership, responsibility and approval authority for all aspects of HSEQ including objectives, schedules/programmes, plans, resources, documentation, file structures, MS implementation, ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 compliance, legal compliance, incident response/investigation. •Development and application of hazard identification and risk assessment strategies to reduce the risks to ALARP.•Maintain a daily working relationship with HSEQ team, line management and subcontractors in relation of their respective compliance with the provisions of the HSEQ policies and legal requirements.•Contribute to the HSEQ lessons learned forum and communicating more widely where appropriate. •Conduct HSEQ audits, recommend corrective actions and follow through on HSEQ areas for improvement.•Maintain daily working relationship with other HSEQ team members, line management and subcontractors in relation of their respective compliance assurance & training compliance programs.•Ensure HSEQ requirements are communicated to all projects and other relevant personnel •Participate in and where necessary lead the investigation of major incidents and high potential near misses.

• The designated HSSEIA management representative for Petrofac ECOM/OEC division.• To ensure that the HSSE management service remains effective and suitable by effective management of competent personnel.• To ensure that divisional HSSE requirements are widely and consistently understood and implemented.• To ensure technical integrity through all stages of Project through the development and implementation of systems/programmes.• To provide HSSE compliance assurance & project support service to the Petrofac that is effective and suitable to support business activities and company objectives. • Oversee day to day management of HSSE for all business activities / projects• Leadership, responsibility and approval authority for all aspects of HSSE including objectives, schedules/programmes, plans, resources, documentation, file structures, QBMS implementation, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 compliance, HSSE legal compliance, incident response/investigation within the Petrofac Emirates LLC division• Implementation, review and monitoring of HSSE component of the QBMS across the Petrofac.• Day to day management and direction of HSSE personnel including Advisors, Supervisors, Managers, Trainers.• Development and application of hazard identification and risk assessment strategies to reduce the risks across the division to ALARP.• Maintain relationship with HSSE team, line management and subcontractors in relation of their respective compliance with the provisions of the policies and legal requirements.• Maintain daily working relationship with other HSSE team members, line management and subcontractors in relation of their respective compliance assurance & training compliance programs.• Ensure HSSE requirements are communicated to all projects and other relevant personnel and verify compliance by all appropriate means (meetings, inspections, monitoring, and audits).• Ensure Corporate Objectives, Policies and Procedures are cascaded to and implemented on all Projects.

• Worked as a director of a branch under Health and Safety Management.• Worked as a supervisor to check and control that all the regulations for this specific branch in European Union Law are enforced.• Inspected the tests according to the regulations. • Responsible for all the lifting equipments• Responsibility in registration and keeping track of all equipments on the project.• Responsibility to check the equipments in accordance with the laws; LOLER 98, AUWED 95/63/EC, PUWER 98, The Lifting Plant and Equipment (Records of Test and Examination etc.) Regulations 1992, the Construction (Lifting Operations) Regulations 1961 and Turkish Laws.• Responsibility to prepare and submit reports to BOTAS Petroleum Pipeline Corporation and BP.• Preparation of Lifting Studies and Plans• Achievement of 5,000,000 million man-hours LTI free, with a TRIR of 0.13.
