- Calibrating various types of piston engines such as four-stroke diesel and two-stroke gasoline. Perform calibration tasks via ATI Vision and/or ETAS Inca.- Pre and post process of calibration and test data with ATI, ETAS and AVL software such as ETAS MDA, AVL Concerto, MATLAB and DIAdem etc. Presenting the calibration process within the aspects of inputs/outputs, requirements, calibration method and test setup related errors.- Validate and verify the functional and performance requirements- Developing tools for post-processing and computation via Matlab and Python- Generate and allocate diagnostic requirements and optimize health management system.- Conduct diagnostics requirement meetings with other teams to have better proactive/reactive actions and calibration of mentioned diagnostics.- Supporting FRACAS process by actively creating and documenting failure reports, performing root-cause analyses like Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram and 5-D reports.

I was working as combustion engineer. I was mainly responsible for combustion simulation of piston engines. I was using ANSYS Forte for the four stroke & two stroke, diesel & gasoline engines intake, exhaust, in-cylinder flow, spray and combustion design and simulations.
