Cem started his career in Shell Turkey where he spent 14 years in various roles gaining experience in Project Operational Excellence management and the establishment of the sales capability processes in retail outlets for frontline sales staff in Shell operated retail outlets. As GM/Board Member of an International Transport Company he led the change programme for the incorporation of the new transport law. At Çilek Mobilya – the No.1 youth furniture company in Turkey, he served as Retail Franchise Director and Board member. Cem is a member of the Management Team and a shareholder.
