The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) is an independent study centre located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. It was created in 1995 as a joint venture between the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the University of Neuchâtel, the City and State of Neuchâtel. Using a multi-disciplinary approach CIES provides research, top-level education and consulting services to the sports world with the aim of overcoming the complexities of sport in today’s society and improving how it is governed and managed across all sports.

Leading the sports marketing department of Turkey’s largest sports and entertainment company. Saran Media markets and distributes over half of all sports and entertainment content to Turkey along with its business lines of TV and radio broadcasting, digital operations, outside broadcast services and so on.

• Acted as the Commercial Director with the official title of Marketing Director. • Founded the Marketing Department and consolidated all commercialoperations of the Federation under the Marketing Department.• Created and implemented an overall commercial strategy for Turkish Football.Conducted all Marketing and Media (TV) operations and managed all brands of the Federation.• Established partnerships and cooperated with top brands i.e. Nike, Coca- Cola, Turkcell, Ulker, PO, Fortis, Turkish Airlines, Acibadem, Yurtici Kargo, Mercedes-Benz etc.• Marketed, negotiated and contracted the TV rights to all TFF properties.• New commercial structure resulted an income increase by threefold.
