• Responsible for part, assembly design and drawing preparation of Power Cylinder parts and FEAD (Front End Accessory Drive) systems of a new heavy duty diesel engine project (ECOTORQ 7.3L diesel engine of FORD CARGO Truck) with Pro/Engineer software. • Engine assembly and teardown experience in heavy duty diesel truck.• Responsibility of preparing “Design Verification” plans, test procedures and test descriptions.• Following up dynamometer & vehicle engine tests.• Preparation of FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and related Quality Documentation
