- Updating VCU or the other related ECUs with development calibration release and validating test vehicles on test/public roads - Equipment usage experience to cover CANoe, Vector, Vflash, ETAS and Vbox (3i model) - Knowledge and have an experience on the CAN,LIN,UDS communication- Implement of the agile and result-oriented perpective by using min 10 years globally subjective/objective test assessment experience - Being right guidance and definitive problem-solver at diagnosis activity on test tracks or internal / external customer points by providing Logs& DTC before case register into the issue pool- Having a skill about lesson-learned writing in order to eliminate repeating case. Addition to this, to take it into a standardization.- Organizing of test vehicle pool and maintaining to update level according to current/specific test request or test/weather conditions.- Being voluntary/flexible to handle any shortly task out of own mission area in order to gain deeply competency around the whole vehicle development from the other sections' perspective.- Being familiar to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams- Having min 10 years abroad and totally 18 years experience in automotive industry

• Perform vehicle level environmental test of B,C segments and LCV/LCV USA like winter/summer road test performance (in Sweden/Italy/Turkey/Germany) , water/ dust infiltrations, wheel jack, tow hook, Quality profile (Formula SAE scale), dynamic/static assessments, value optimizations assessments and different customer tests according to standards under vehicle integrations department etc. • Perform vehicle drivability test of B,C segments and LCV to develop calibration levels like winter/summer altitude (upper 1500m) performance (in Italy and Turkey,). • Plan LCV fleet test taking account 3 shifts, holidays, project milestones (vehicle calibration levels, accumulation target, cold chamber, route type/sequence, periodic maintenance and visual control). Additionally, to perform test according to plan and failure list / investigate in Turkey. • Perform vehicle (Customer and LCV) durability tests and some activity needed at proving grounds • Collect proving ground and bench data using accelerometers, displacement measurement sensor, wheel force transducers, strain gages (2 times sensor implementation), potentiometers, Dewesoft, Ipetronik (traffic DATA), vector, etc.• Analyze and process proving ground data and check for data integrity, and report with test standard requirements.• Perform vehicle milestone inspections including drive evaluations (handling performance, ride comfort etc.) and investigate failures • Prepare press cars and test them / Define route and participate to the press launch activities in domestic or international• Perform/support diagnostics activity using test devices or action camera for test vehicles • Improve test methodology using lesson learned• Be familiar to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams• Having test experience at abroad for 10 years and working full-time in Italy (Turin,Sicily,Livigno) for 3 years
