* Designs and implements an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur* Provides strategic leadership to the risk management, internal audit staff at the organization-wide level. * Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of an organization to ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.

* Full compliance with country environmental legislation and company global standards* Manage relations with authority, institutions, laboratories, associations and Ministry of Environment. Obtain all company environmental permissions (solid waste, discharged water, emission, integrated licence)* Attend global working groups quarterly, yearly meetings and represent company* Manage plantwide environment management system activities ISO 14001 and division base ISO 9001 quality management system requirements, conduct internal audits, conduct surveillance of Europe region plants in UK, France, Belgium, Poland.* Follow up section annual plan, budget, key performance indicators and if any abnormality occurs investigation of root causes and taking countermeasures to achieve target* Study on manpower efficiency and multi skill evaluation of division members* Regular reporting of division performance to top management* Support to annual “ Global Sustainability Report” preparation, plan & follow up plant sustainability activities, experience global sustainability activities in HQ.* Arrange environmental month activities in June in order to increase company reputation in public and plan volunteering activities among the company employees* Work on energy and water consumption reduction projects (cogeneration & reverse osmosis)* Lead “0” waste project to achieve 100% recycling, implement waste minimization activities. Work with cement plants, brick production factories, licensed scrap companies.* Involve and support plant extension, new model preparations.
