This includes granule preparation, pressing, glaze preparation, glazing, firing, squaring, polishing, and packaging. Each of these stages requires meticulous planning and coordination to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. By implementing stringent quality control measures and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I have successfully reduced defect rates and improved overall production output.Beyond the core production processes, I am also responsible for the ancillary operations that support our manufacturing activities. These include managing shipping, procurement, machine and electrical maintenance, and overseeing our energy production and water treatment facilities. Proficiency in various testing methods such as XRD, XRF, Thermal Microscopy, SEM, Dilatometer, DTA/TG, Particle Size Analysis, etc., and interpreting their results is essential.In case of quality issues during production, coordination with relevant departments is maintained. The root causes of quality issues are technically investigated and interpreted to find solutions. Close monitoring of necessary actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues is ensured.By regularly monitoring all production processes, anticipation of quality issues and necessary interventions are carried out proactively.Research on alternative materials, cost reduction of intermediate compositions, finding solutions to production problems, or studying alternative materials and recipes for supply-related issues are conducted.If favorable results are obtained from the aforementioned activities, responsibility lies in the process of introducing the worked material or intermediate into production. The performance of the intermediate or material in production is monitored after implementation.The objective is to lead research and development projects or actively participate in various R&D projects with defined purposes, scopes, durations, budgets, and special conditions.
