Project and Program Management• Lead the Agency Management and Product Area Partnership team in APAC• Identify operational challenges among APAC marketers and develop relevant programs to address them • Drive adoption of global agency partnership programs to enable best-in-class creative marketing campaigns across APAC markets and Google product areas• Liaise with external partners as part of their onboardingStakeholder Management• Guide and support marketers through their operational journey with agency partners• Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams (in-region and globally) to do discovery and co-create new APAC-led programs

• Oversee development of all photo and video needs to promote film and tv titles, including Netflix Originals across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and SEA. • Develop visual communication strategy and manage creative production agencies and photographers in-market to deliver on them• Collaborate closely with cross-functionally partners across marcomms, product, public policy, legal, content and operations to align on asset strategies with their respective needs
