Maintenance Leader
Current-Leading of periodical,preventive maintenance and TPM activities,-Leading/coordination of all breakdown activities,-Execute/coordinate all qualification activities,-Leading and coordination of maintenance teams,-Coordination and planning of machines service provider,-Improving performances and efficiencies of machines,-Preparing department budget and Quality Target,-Monitoring and improving maintenance KPI (MTTR,MTBF)-Executing of continuously improvement activities(Kaizen,5S),-Taking actions and making root cause analysis(FMEA) for breakdowns,-Supporting other teams such as safety,quality,production,-Spare part management, Identify the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories and ensuring the purchase of the spare parts,-Executing of Industrial Automation projects, Vision Control projects and Machine Revision and update projects,-Installing and commissioning of new machines,-Working on Industry 4.0 and MES projects,-Executing CSV(Computer System Validation) of all production machines and ensuring of all critical machines data integrity and 21 CFR PART 11 compliance,
