Siemens Financial ServicesAs part of Siemens Commercial Assignment Program (CAP), I served as a Business Controller at SFS COF HQ. Analyzing financial performance for the Northern Region, I provided management reporting to COF management. Additionally, I made a significant contribution to the COF Digital Transformation strategy by developing a Mobile App. This App is utilized by the Siemens Healthineers sales team to offer financing solutions to their customers.

Siemens MobilityI held responsibility for overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of customer projects, from the bidding phase to project execution. Additionally, I served as a Business Partner to Consultancy Services, Operational Services, Factory Operations, and Product Sales teams and had disciplinary line management responsibility. Additionally, I successfully completed the financial setup of the Operational Services departments by implementing key performance indicators to monitor the financial performance

Selected to B&Q Future Finance Leader Development Programme, as one of two 2012 Future Leaders taking on a variety of roles and projects in Kingfisher PLC.The scheme planned to develop executive level employees within the operating companies in Kingfisher PLC and offered professional training via CIMA, mentoring, cross functional job rotations and projects.Part of this scheme, I have undertaken following roles- Account Payable Team member- Management Accountant- Project AccountantI also led and took part in several process improvement projects. In this programme, I undertook number of international assignments and worked in the various operating companies under Kingfisher PLC umbrella in the UK , Ireland, France and Turkey.
